The 9th Annual Outer Banks Shrimp Cookoff to benefit the Outer Banks Center for Dolphin Research will be held on Sunday November 4th from 12-3 pm at Ocean Boulevard Bistro and Martini Bar in Kitty Hawk, NC.
Local restaurants will compete to prepare the best shrimp dish. A large silent auction with donations from local businesses, live MC, OB drink specials, 50/50 raffle, door prizes, and a dolphin conservation booth will round out the event! This year’s event is sponsored by Kitty Hawk Kites, the Nags Head Dolphin Watch, Outer Banks Veterinary Hospital, Atlantic Dentistry, Joe Lamb Jr. & Associates, Village Realty, TowneBank, Access Design, and Max Radio of the Carolinas.

Tickets are $25 each and may be purchased at the door or in advance at Ocean Boulevard and Outer Banks Veterinary Hospital, or online below, starting October 1st. People’s Choice: Saltbox Café – Thai Style Shrimp with Lime Sauce & Green Mango Dragon Noodles
Judge’s Choice: Beachside Bistro – Shrimp Dore [Door-aye] over grilled Scallion-Parmesan Polenta with Applewood Smoked Tomato Butter
