Fundraisers
The Outer Banks Center for Dolphin Research conducts several types of fundraisers throughout the year to support our research in the Outer Banks. OBXCDR t-shirts are available at Kitty Hawk Kites Whalebone on the Nags Head Causeway from May through October. The Outer Banks Shrimp Cook-off is held annually in November. Local restaurants compete to create the best-tasting shrimp dish along with live music, silent auction, and door prizes.
